Type sizes in either unit, like 600mm or 23-5/8", and they convert. Smallest part we cut is 3" × 10". Length runs with the grain. Grain on = the part stays with the grain unless that's the only way it fits; we'll flag it if it gets turned. Melamine and MDF have no grain, so parts turn freely. Edgeband L1/L2 are the long edges, W1/W2 the short edges. Basic matching banding is included in the per-foot price; special banding is quoted separately. Hinges: pick the edge the hinges go on, looking at the front of the door, then 3mm for screw-on or 8mm for press-in hinges. Hinge count is set by door height. Click a part in the nest to set hinge spacing, handles and extra holes.
Door and drawer fronts cut from one panel so the grain runs across them. Enter the finished overall size. The 1/8" cut between pieces is the reveal.
